This superb villa is located near to the Hotel Rubicon and 10 minutes walk from the local shopping centre that comprises a number of Restaurants, Cafes & Bars. There is also a Mini Market that sells English products.

The centre of Playa Blanca is a pleasant walk along the promenade but we do recommend that you hire a car for the duration of your holiday to enable you to visit the surrounding beaches and Tourist Attractions. There are 2 Bikes free for your use at the Villa.

 Villa Marta is far enough away to ensure peace and quiet yet close enough to all of the Restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Villa Marta was been fully fitted out, late in 2007, to a very high standard to include everything to make your holiday as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

There are 2 Twin bedrooms and one en-suite Double bedroom, including a safe. A foldaway bed is available, if required, for a seventh person. Mothercare Cots and High Chairs are available, free of charge. Please bring linen for the cot.

The kitchen has been fitted out to a very high standard including an Oven & 4 ring Hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer and a washing machine.

The lounge has a two 3 seater sofas. A Plasma Television with satellite stations is provided (Not Sky) as is a music centre incorporating radio/cassette and CD player; bring your own CD's. There is also a DVD player connected to the TV.

The modern Dining Room seats 6 people for those colder evenings during the winter in Lanzarote and there is an 8 seat table on the patio next to the electrically heated Swimming Pool. A BBQ unit is situated to the side of the Villa.

Both bathrooms have full shower facilities as well as the bath and the property has a 100 litre hot water tank, enough for all the family.

Maid service is weekly with a mid-week service that includes a towel change.
